Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AiOmniaHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

AiOmniaHub provides AI-assisted and template-based workflow tools. The current RFP workflow supports proposal response drafts, response templates, compliance matrices, win themes, missing information checklists, and reviewer notes.

The service is a drafting assistant. It is not a legal, procurement, security, compliance, or bid advisory service.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all generated output before use.
  • Verifying claims, certifications, customer references, pricing, dates, and legal language.
  • Ensuring you have permission to submit any text pasted into the service.
  • Removing confidential, restricted, regulated, or third-party sensitive material unless your organization permits its use.
  • Complying with all applicable laws, buyer instructions, and procurement rules.

No Guarantee

AiOmniaHub does not guarantee:

  • That generated responses are accurate or complete.
  • That a proposal will be compliant.
  • That a bid will be accepted or awarded.
  • That generated language is suitable for legal, procurement, security, or regulatory submission without review.

Accounts and Credits

Some features may require an account. Full RFP drafts use credits. Pricing, credits, and plan limits may change with notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Payments

Paid plans are billed through supported payment providers. Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable after credits are delivered or used.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the service to:

  • Submit illegal, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content.
  • Generate false claims, fake references, fabricated certifications, or misleading compliance statements.
  • Interfere with the service or bypass rate limits, credit limits, or access controls.
  • Upload or paste content you do not have the right to process.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your input content and generated drafts, subject to the rights needed for AiOmniaHub and its providers to operate the service.

The application, interface, templates, branding, and underlying software remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiOmniaHub is not liable for proposal losses, missed deadlines, procurement outcomes, rejected bids, compliance issues, or damages arising from use of generated drafts.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
